A set of illustrations for MD Paper 15th-anniversary notebooks.

I was approached in 2022 by the makers of fine notebooks and sketchbooks - MD Paper, to make illustrations for a limited edition of their products - made for their 15th anniversary.
The goal was to create unique versions of the famous MD Paper notebooks that would showcase their new feature - covers made of the same high-quality paper as the insides of the notebook. With such covers, one can write, draw and even paint all over the outside of the notebook too!
I created two illustrations - one for the cover (the linework of this image was later deboss-printed onto the limited edition notebooks) and one spread page for the 15th-anniversary special exhibition in Tokyo.
